Lombetto is made using cuts of meat coming from the pig’s loin, the so-called Lonza. The exclusive Gianferrari’s recipe based only on natural ingredients gives the product a very delicate aroma and an exciting taste.
The meat employed is of the highest quality coming only from well-fed national pigs.

Main features of the product:

- light and accurate salting
- only natural herbs and spices added
- no preservatives, nor other chemical additives
- A natural seasoning time
- the specific and unique climate of our territory
