Strolghino
 
 

Strolghino or Salamino di Culatello is a salami from 15 to 30 cm long; it is made using the pork meat cuts coming only from Culatello and Fiocchetto trimming, with no flour and thickener added.
The meat employed is of the highest quality coming only from well-fed national pigs, all born, raised and butched in Italy.
The salami is put into small pig bowels and wrapped in sheets of blotting paper to preserve its softness.
This product has got a delicate aroma and taste, different from all the other kinds of salami.

How to serve the product:

We recommend to peel it this way:
- First wet it with water
- Dry it
- Slice the skin of the salami

Use a knife with a flat blade to cut it.
